I'm stunned to see that my last post was over a year ago - especially after lockdowns, tons of house guests, and so many new recipes. I'm now making a resolution to add one every Sunday. For my return, however, I have to talk about this guy.

Santa brought it last year despite my pressure cooker explosion fear. They really are so fool proof now. This year for Christmas I gave one to my brother and Nana to pay it forward.
Today it was Greek chicken I marinated a month ago - thawed, seared, and pressure cooked in 10 minutes.
Last weekend in a snow storm (for Nashville) it was Steel Cut Oats.
The weekend before it was making bone broth to prepare for Eli's ramen bar.
With the Strickers Beefalo, it was a Beefalo Blade Roast.
